*Motor and transmission completely disassembled.
*All bearings replaced with higher quality, "stock legal" bearings.
*Complete new gasket and Oring kit installed
*All bearing bores are measured for proper press fit
*New crank seals and counter Shaft Seal is installed
*Water pump bearings and seals replaced and alignment improved
*Cylinder is replated and honed to match a new "D" size Pax Racing piston.
*Motor reassembled with squish and timing set to our precise specifications
* NEW NGK Iridium Spark Plug

*Carburetor is disassembled, cleaned, then re-assembled, and float height is set
